NEXDOT builds cable assemblies for PLC-driven and motion-controlled production lines, where a single intermittent conductor can stop a shift. We work from your drawing or from a sample cable, and we confirm conductor size, shielding, bend radius and connector coding before any tooling is cut.

For continuous-flex duty we recommend drag-chain-rated constructions — PUR or TPU jackets with high-strand-count copper, tested to 500,000 / 1,000,000 / 5,000,000 and 10,000,000 flex cycles so you can match cable life to the actual axis travel rather than over- or under-specifying. Servo, encoder, M8, M12 and LEMO-compatible interfaces are all available in the same build, so a retrofit line does not need a different supplier per axis.

Every assembly is 100% electrically tested before shipment — continuity, conductor resistance, and for shielded types, shield continuity end to end. Assemblies are CE, RoHS and REACH compliant, and we can supply test records with the shipment for lines under audit.
