How We Support Robotics

Cables on a robot are asked to survive two things at once: continuous torsion in the wrist and tight bend radii in the dress pack. That is a different construction problem from a fixed installation, and it is the problem NEXDOT builds for.

We supply robot and servo communication assemblies with high-strand-count conductors and PUR / TPU jackets, available in drag-chain-rated builds tested across 500,000 to 10,000,000 flex cycles — so an axis that runs every shift for years can be matched to a cable rated for that life, not to a general-purpose cable that happens to fit.

From a single articulated arm to a full work cell, we build dress-pack harnesses, cobot wiring, AGV and AMR power-and-communication runs, and end-effector cabling. Servo, encoder, M8, M12, LEMO-compatible and Industrial Ethernet interfaces can be combined in one harness, which matters when six cables have to share a limited bend radius.

Custom lengths, connector coding and hybrid builds are engineered to your drawing or reverse-engineered from a sample. Every assembly is 100% electrically tested and CE, RoHS and REACH compliant, with source-direct pricing and flexible MOQs from prototype arms to volume production.
